Simone Pedersen has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, starting with Chanel in Australia and later becoming General Merchandise Manager – Cosmetics at Lane Crawford in Hong Kong. From 2003 to 2008, she transformed Lane Crawford's cosmetic business into a leading beauty powerhouse in Asia Pacific, introducing new global beauty brands and concepts like healthy living and men’s grooming. Simone also launched the Faces store at Harbour City, showcasing top international beauty brands. In 2008, Simone established her own business, focusing on beauty consulting and eLearning education for Beauty Advisors. The eLearning segment of her business, Red Scout, has trained over 25,000 frontline beauty staff globally. Named one of the '12 Rising Stars of Beauty' by Women's Wear Daily in 2013, Simone regularly participates in international beauty panels and conferences.
