With over thirteen years of experience at ZARA, a flagship brand under the Inditex group, Noriko Kumayaka Dhillon has played a pivotal role in the global fashion retail industry. Inditex, one of the world's largest fashion retail groups, operates eight brands across 214 markets with over 5,563 stores.

As the former Commercial Director for ZARA India, Noriko spearheaded all commercial operations, driving growth and market expansion. She has successfully launched over 40 ZARA stores across key markets, including Japan, Korea, China, and India.

Passionate about fostering cross-cultural business collaborations, Noriko actively shares her vast retail and India consumer  market expertise and is dedicated to strengthening Indo-Japanese business relations.
