  •  Franca spearheaded the North American launch for Acqua di Parma, established all key distribution and strategic positioning for the global brand, and continued to manage and develop the brand after the acquisition of LVMH.

  • Franca has spent the past fifteen years of her career establishing strong distribution models for select beauty brands including Santa Maria Novella & makeup and fragrance for Shiseido Group.

  • She launched and developed the distribution of various Indie-Brands at Wholefoods, Ulta Beauty, Sephora, Goop, Nordstorms, Amazon.com, Walmart, Target, HSN, QVC in both USA and Canada markets.

  • She is the former wholesale director for Blue Lagoon Skincare among others.
