Barbara Kern, Partner (LATAM)

Barbara Kern is a Brazilian businesswoman and marketing executive with extensive experience in the luxury consumer goods and beauty industries. She is a co-partner at LUMINA The One and has held leadership roles including CEO of Vizcaya Cosméticos, where she doubled the company's size and rebranded their hair care line. She was also the Sales & Marketing Director at MAVALA International and the CEO of Beauty Brands Sur America. Barbara created the first consumer-centric niche fragrance store in Latin America and has taught business and marketing at FASM in São Paulo. She is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with elementary proficiency in German.
